10份不同种源野生花苜蓿材料种子萌发期抗旱性评价

Abstract: To screen out the drought-resistant Medicago ruthenica L. germplasm resources,the current study evaluated the drought resistance of 10 wild Medicago ruthenica L. materials from different provenances. This could provide research materials and a theoretical foundation for studying of drought-resistant mechanism and breeding varieties of M. ruthenica. Six indexes including germination rate,germination potential,embryo root length,fresh weight,and dry weight of M. ruthenica seedlings were examined under drought stress simulated by PEG-6000 with sterile water as control. To eliminate the background differences among test materials,the relative values of each index were calculated,and the fuzzy mathematical membership function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of 10 M. ruthenica materials. The results showed that 15% PEG-6000 could promote the root growth of 10 M. ruthenica materials,while the other indexes were somewhat inhibited under the simulated drought stress. As the increase of drought stress extent,the inhibititory effect also intensified. Among 10 wild M. ruthenica materials,Material No.7 from Xiwu Line and Material No.2 from Duolun exhibited the strongest drought resistance,and Material No.9 and Material No.8 from Xihuo Line demonstrated the weakest drought resistance.

摘要: 为筛选出抗旱花苜蓿(Medicago ruthenica L.)种质资源,为花苜蓿抗旱机理研究和品种选育提供研究材料和理论参考,本研究利用PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,以无菌水为对照,测定发芽率、发芽势、胚根长、胚芽长、鲜重及干重6项指标,同时为消除各材料的背景差异,计算各指标的相对值,并通过模糊数学隶属函数法对10份不同种源花苜蓿材料进行抗旱性综合评价。研究表明,在PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫下,15% PEG-6000溶液可以促进10份花苜蓿材料胚根长的生长,其余指标在干旱胁迫下均受到了一定程度的抑制且随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,抑制作用也随之加大。10份材料中,来自西乌线的7号材料和多伦的2号材料抗旱性最强,来自西霍线的9号和8号材料抗旱性最弱。
