Abstract: In this study， we investigated the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal（AM）fungus on Vicia sativa ‘Lanjian No.3’ growth and disease resistance under four phosphorus levels（P₀=0， P₁=10 mg·kg^-1， P₂=20 mg·kg^-1， P₃=30 mg·kg^-1）in the greenhouse. The results showed that P level affected the infection rate of AM fungi and the incidence of V. sativa anthracnose， and the AM fungal infection rate was the highest at P₃ level. AM fungus was able to inhibit disease caused by anthracnose. The activity of plant defense enzyme superoxide dismutase （Superoxide dismutase， SOD） and peroxidase （Peroxidase， POD） decreased at P treatments； Disease and P supply had an interactive effect on fungal colonization of AM， promoted at lower P （P₀， P₁） levels and inhibited at higher P （P₂， P₃） levels. In conclusion， this study demonstrated the synergistic effect of AM fungi and P in response to anthracnose， which provided a theoretical basis for using P and AM fungi to manage anthracnose in common vetch production.

摘要： 本研究通过温室栽培，以‘兰箭3号’春箭筈豌豆（Vicia sativa ‘Lanjian No.3’）为试验材料，探究了4个磷水平（P₀=0，P₁=10 mg·kg^-1，P₂=20 mg·kg^-1，P₃=30 mg·kg^-1）下丛枝菌根（Arbuscular mycorrhiza，AM）真菌摩西斗管囊霉（Funneliformis mosseae）对箭筈豌豆炭疽病的影响。结果表明，供P水平可影响AM真菌侵染率以及炭疽病发病率，P₃水平下AM真菌侵染率最高， P₁处理发病率和病情指数最高。AM真菌显著降低炭疽病发生。植物防御酶超氧化物歧化酶（Superoxide dismutase， SOD）及过氧化物酶（Peroxidase， POD）活性在P处理下均有所降低；炭疽病和供P水平对AM真菌的侵染具有交互效应，在低P（P₀，P₁）水平表现为促进，在高P（P₂，P₃）水平则表现为抑制。本研究通过研究AM真菌与P协同作用对箭筈豌豆响应炭疽病的影响，为箭筈豌豆生产中磷肥合理施用及利用AM真菌防控炭疽病提供了理论依据。
