负水头亏缺灌溉下4种苔草耗水量及抗旱性研究

Abstract: This study reports the drought resistance of four Carex species under negative-pressure water supply.Water consumption,shoot fresh weight,root fresh weight,water saturation deficit relative electrolyte leakage,proline and malondialdehyde contents were measure after deficit-water irrigation for 30 days.Drought resistance was analyzed using integrated evaluation to guide landscape irrigation management.Results showed that water consumption,shoot and root fresh weight decreased,whereas water saturation deficit,relative electrolyte leakage,proline and malondialdehyde contents increased under deficit irrigation.The order of drought resistance of four species was: Carex lanceolata > C.humilis > C.giraldiana > C.leucochlora.

摘要: 采用负水头灌溉盆栽装置对矮丛苔草(Carex humilis)、青绿苔草(C.leucochlora)、披针苔草(C.lanceolata)、涝峪苔草(C.giraldiana)进行亏缺灌溉处理30 d后,测定不同苔草耗水量、生物量、水分饱和亏缺、叶片质膜透性、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量等指标,进行抗旱性综合评价,以期为园林灌溉管理提供技术支撑。结果表明:4种苔草在亏缺灌溉条件下耗水量、生物量均显著下降(P<0.05),水分饱和亏缺、叶片质膜透性、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均明显上升。其抗旱性大小顺序为披针叶苔草>矮丛苔草>涝峪苔草>青绿苔草。
