丛枝菌根真菌对两种小檗生长和根小檗碱含量的影响

Abstract: To screen the optimal Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (AMF) for Berberis poiretii Schneid. and B. sibirica Pall. and thereby accelerate commercial propagation of the genus, seedlings of both species were inoculated with Funneliformis mosseae (Fm), Claroideoglomus etunicatum (Ce), a 1∶1 mixture of both (Mix), or left non-inoculated (CK). Mycorrhizal colonization, growth and physiological parameters, and berberine concentration were subsequently quantified. Colonization peaked under Mix in B. poiretii and under Ce in B. sibirica. Root architecture responded similarly: Ce produced the greatest root-tip number and total root length in both species (significantly so in B. sibirica), whereas Mix maximized mean root diameter and root volume, root surface area did not differ among treatments. Soluble-protein content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were highest after Ce inoculation and the lowest in CK for both taxa. Peroxidase (POD) activity was also the highest under Ce in B. poiretii, but under Fm in B. sibirica. In conclusion, AMF inoculation consistently stimulated growth, antioxidant capacity, and berberine biosynthesis in the two Berberis species, providing a practical pratical referances for their large-scale cultivation.

摘要: 为筛选细叶小檗(Berberis poiretii Schneid.)与刺叶小檗(Berberis sibirica Pall.)的最优AMF菌种,助力小檗属植物高效培育,本试验以两种小檗幼苗为材料,选用摩西斗管囊霉菌(Fm)和幼套近明球囊霉菌(Ce),设单接 Fm、单接Ce、混合接种(Mix)3种处理及不接菌对照(CK),测定菌根侵染率、生长与生理指标及小檗碱含量。结果表明:细叶小檗Mix处理侵染最佳,刺叶小檗Ce处理最优;细叶小檗Ce处理根系指标最优,刺叶小檗根尖数和根长度Ce处理最大且差异显著,根平均直径和根体积Mix处理最高,根表面积无显著差异;两种小檗可溶性蛋白(Soluble protein,Sp)和 超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性均以Ce处理最高、CK最低,细叶小檗过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)活性以Ce处理最优,刺叶小檗以Fm处理最佳。综上,接种AMF可促进两种小檗生长,增强其抗氧化能力与小檗碱合成能力,为小檗属植物培育提供实践参考。
