异质生境条件下扎龙湿地羊草过氧化物同工酶的差异性表达

The Influence of Heterogeneous Habitat on Peroxidase Isozyme of Leymus Chinensis in Zhalong Wetland

摘要: 为了探讨异质生境条件对羊草(Leymus chinensis)过氧化物同工酶表达的影响,揭示羊草种群对不同土壤生境的响应机制,并为植物的趋异适应和生态可塑性研究提供依据,对扎龙自然保护区内的3种不同生境沙土、碱土、草甸土中生长的3种羊草过氧化物同工酶进行了研究。结果表明:碱土生境条件下羊草条带数最多,草甸土羊草条带数最少;在同一生境条件下,羊草根系的过氧化物酶的条带数最多,叶的条带数最少。其中,迁移率(Rf)值为0.08、0.10、0.17的条带是主带,在7个样品中出现;Rf值为0.35、0.73的条带是弱带,只在1-2个样品中出现;叶片的Shannon-Weinner指数在3个生境间变化较大,根茎的变化较小。因此,异质生境导致了扎龙自然保护区内的羊草过氧化物同工酶的表达存在差异。

Abstract: The influence of heterogeneous habitat on peroxidase(POD) isozymes of Leymus chinensis was investigated to reveal how the Leymus chinensis developed strategies for restoring its population under different soil habitats.Results provide a method for assessing divergent adaptation and ecological plasticity of plants.POD analysis of Leymus chinensis were carried out in three different habitats of the Zhalong Nature Reserve.Results showed that the most POD isozyme bands were obtained when Leymus chinensis grew in alkaline soil,and the fewest bands in meadow soil.Under the same habitat,the most zymogram numbers were seen in roots of Leymus chinensis,and the fewest in leaves.The isozyme bands with Rf: 0.08,0.10,0.17 were main bands that were seen in 7 samples.The isozyme bands with Rf: 0.35,0.73 were weak bands only showing in 2 samples.The Shannon-Weinner index varied greatly in leaves with heterogeneous habitats,and that had little variation in rhizomes.Therefore,the heterogeneous habitat of the Zhalong Nature Reserve caused the differential expression of POD in the Leymus chinensis.
