高寒区不同地域燕麦根际土壤微生物多样性研究

Study on Microbial Diversity of Rhizosphere Soil of Oat in Different Areas in Alpine Region

摘要: 为探究燕麦(Avena sativa L.)在不同高寒地域栽培时植物根际土壤微生物群落多样性变化特征,本研究采用高通量测序技术对4个地域栽培的燕麦根际土壤微生物多样性进行了测定,并分析了微生物群落多样性与土壤理化性质的相关性。结果表明:各地域燕麦根际土壤理化性质差异显著(P<0.05),同仁县样地土壤的pH值(8.38)最大(P<0.05),同德县样地土壤的全磷、速效磷的含量显著高于其他样地(P<0.05);4个样地燕麦根际土壤中的细菌和真菌物群落多样性丰度较高并存在差异,细菌群落多样性同德县样地最高,真菌群落多样性河南县样地最高;在门分类水平上,细菌群落中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)最为丰富,在贵南县、河南县、同德县和同仁县样地中的相对丰度分别为78.76%,69.45%,66.86%,50.82%;真菌群落中子囊菌门(Ascomycota)最为丰富,在各样地中的相对丰度分别为58.38%,57.12%,41.22%,51.94%;燕麦根际土壤细菌和真菌群落多样性与土壤的理化性质间存在显著相关关系,其中主要的驱动因素是土壤pH、全磷、速效磷含量。

Abstract: To investigate the diversity of plant microbial communities in the rhizosphere of oats in different alpine regions,Physicochemical properties and high-throughput sequencing technology were used to determine the physicochemical characteristics and microbial diversity of rhizosphere soils of oat meal Avena sativa L. grown in four regions,and the correlation between microbial community diversity and soil physical and chemical properties was analyzed. The results showed:there were significant differences in physical and chemical properties of oat rhizosphere soil in different regions (P<0.05),The pH value (8.38) of soil in Tongren County was the highest (P<0.05),the contents of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in the soil of the Tongde County plot were significantly higher than those of other plots (P<0.05). The abundance of bacterial and fungal communities in the rhizosphere soil of oats in the four plots were high and there were differences,bacterial community diversity was highest in Tongde County,and fungal community diversity was highest in Henan County. At the class level,Proteobacteria is the most abundant in the bacterial community,and the relative abundances in the four plots of Guinan County,Henan County,Tongde County,and Tongren County were 78.76%,69.45%,66.86%,and 50.82%,respectively,Ascomycota is the most abundant in the fungal community,and the relative abundance in each plot is 58.38%,57.12%,41.22%,and 51.94%. There is a significant correlation between the diversity of bacterial and fungal communities in the rhizosphere of oats and the physical and chemical properties of the soil,especially,the main driving factors affecting were soil pH,total phosphorus,and available phosphorus content.
