不同水热资源条件下10个青饲玉米品种的青贮品质评价

Evaluation of Silage Quality of 10 Green-fed Corn Varieties under Different Hydrothermal Rescource Conditions

摘要: 本试验选择雨养区(会宁)和灌溉区(武威)的10个青饲玉米(Zea maysL.)品种(‘金凯3号’、‘金穗715’、‘利单295’、‘豫青贮23’、‘北农青贮208’、‘TW 268’、‘和盛5288’、‘文玉3号’、‘蜀玉201’、‘豫玉22’),于乳熟中期收割后青贮,发酵60 d后评价比较其青贮品质,为不同水热区域青贮玉米选育栽培提供实践依据。综合分析结果表明:‘金凯3号’在雨养区种植粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量高,发酵品质较好;‘北农青贮208’在灌溉区种植水溶性碳水化合物、单糖和钙、磷含量高,乳酸含量最高;‘和盛5288’在两地区种植酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维和粗灰分含量低,淀粉含量高,发酵品质较好可在两地继续示范种植。

Abstract: 10 green-fed corn varieties from rain-fed area (Huining) and irrigation area (Wuwei) (‘Jinkai No. 3’,‘Jinsui 715’,‘Lidan 295’,‘Yu Silage 23’,‘Beinong Silage 208’,‘TW 268’,‘Hesheng 5288’,‘Wenyu No.3’,‘Shuyu 201’,‘Yuyu 22’) were ensiled at the middle stage of milk maturity to evaluate and compare their silage quality after 60 days of fermentation so that it provided a practical basis for the selection and cultivation of silage maize in different hydrothermal areas. The results showed that ‘Jinkai No.3’ in the rain-fed area had high crude protein and fat content,better fermentation quality;‘Beinong silage 288’ in the irrigation area had high content of water soluble carbohydrates,monosaccharides,calcium,and phosphorus,and the lactic acid content was the highest. ‘Hesheng 5288’ had low acid detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber and crude ash,and better fermentation quality,and it could be planted as demonstration plant in the two places.
