外施维大利和褪黑素对肉桂酸胁迫下豌豆幼苗生理的影响

Effects of Verticilliam Dahliae Allergen Asp f2-like(VDAL) and Melatonin on Physiology of Pea Seedlings under Cinnamic Acid Stress

摘要: 为探究肉桂酸胁迫下豌豆(Pisum sativum Linn.)幼苗对外源物质维大利和褪黑素的生理响应。以‘定豌10号(D10)’和‘云豌8号(Y8)’为试验材料,以0.25 mmol·L-1肉桂酸为水培溶液,喷施不同浓度维大利(0.5,2,3.5 mg·L-1)和褪黑素(25,50,100 μmmol·L-1)为试验处理,并设置CK1和CK2为对照组,测定肉桂酸胁迫下施加维大利和褪黑素后豌豆幼苗的生长和生理指标。结果表明:喷施褪黑素后,D10地下部超氧化物歧化酶及地上和地下部过氧化物酶活性显著增强;Y8地上部过氧化物酶活性及脯氨酸含量显著增加,地上部丙二醛含量显著降低。喷施维大利后,D10和Y8地上部脯氨酸含量均显著增强,地上部丙二醛含量均显著降低,而Y8地下部超氧化物歧化酶和地上部过氧化物酶活性显著增强。隶属函数综合分析表明,2 mg·L-1维大利和50 μmol·L-1褪黑素处理对肉桂酸胁迫下D10和Y8豌豆幼苗的缓解效果最好。表明外源喷施适宜浓度的维大利和褪黑素可缓解肉桂酸胁迫对豌豆幼苗的抑制作用。

Abstract: In order to explore the physiological response of pea (Pisum sativum Linn.) seedlings to exogenous substances Verticilliam Dahliae Allergen Asp f2-like (VDAL) and Melatonin (MT) under Cinnamic acid (CA) stress,two plant materials'Dingwan 10 (D10)'and'Yunwan 8 (Y8)'were cultured in hydroponics,and the growth and physiological indexes of pea seedlings after the application of VDAL and MT under CA stress were determined in this study. Main results were as follows:Under MT treatments,the activities of underground superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in the aboveground and underground parts of D10 significantly increased;the activities of POD and proline (Pro) in the aboveground parts of Y8 significantly increased,and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the aboveground parts significantly reduced. Under VDAL treatments,the content of Pro in the aboveground of D10 and Y8 significantly increased,and the content of MDA in the aboveground significantly decreased,while the activities of underground SOD and aboveground POD of Y8 significantly enhanced. The comprehensive analysis of membership function showed that 2 mg·L-1 VDAL and 50 μmol·L-1 MT had the best alleviation effect on D10 and Y8 pea seedlings under CA stress. The results indicated that exogenous spraying of appropriate concentrations of VDAL and MT could alleviate the inhibitory effect of CA stress on pea seedlings.
