不同草坪草种及品种苗期抗旱性比较

Studies on Drought Tolerance of Eight Turfgrass Cultivars at Seedling Stage

摘要: 采用盆栽法,在苗期干旱胁迫下,测定不同草坪草及品种的相对含水量、相对生长率、游离脯氨酸含量及细胞膜相对透性等指标,以期综合评价8个草坪草品种的抗旱性能,结果表明;供试材料在苗期处于干旱胁迫下,叶片相对含水量、植株相对生长率均趋下降,相对电导率与游离脯氨酸的含量则有所增加,在灌水后均有程度不同的恢复。综合分析结果,可将8个品种分成3个耐旱级别;1级(相对耐旱);菲尔金、瓦巴斯和宝丽丝;2级(中等耐旱);纳苏、阿吉尔和阿丽尼;3级(相对敏感);A/SL和德比。

Abstract: The pot experiment was conducted to study drought tolerance of eight cultivars of turfgrass at seedling stage in green house.The results showed that;the relative water content of leaves and relative growth rate of plant were decreased;meanwhile;relative electrical conductivity rate and free proline accumulation were increased.Eight turfgrass cultivars were divided into three drought tolerance classes;the first class;Fylking,Wabash,Policy;the second class;Nassau,Argyle,Alene;the third class;A/sL,Derby.
