Study on Lamina Anatomical Structure of Lespedeza daurica(Laxm.) Schindl. from Different Populations

摘要: 运用光学显微镜对山西6个居群野生达乌里胡枝子(Lespedeza daurica(Laxm.)Schindl)的叶片解剖结构进行研究分析,并且运用方差分析、聚类分析、相关分析和隶属函数综合评价其抗旱性.结果表明:13个指标中10个差异显著,并聚为3类,分别反映了叶片特征、叶肉组织结构特点和叶片气孔特性;通过相关分析选择叶片厚度、叶紧密度、气孔密度分别为各类的典型指标,应用隶属函数法综合评价其抗旱能力由强到弱依次为:阳泉>静乐>交口>太谷>沁水>沁源.

Abstract: The drought resistances of six Lespedeza daurica(Laxm.) Schindl.populations from Shanxi Province were evaluated by comprehensive appraisal index including ANOVA analysis,clustering analysis,correlation analysis,and subordinate function value analysis based on the lamina anatomical structure and leaf epidermal characteristics.The results show that there was significant differences in 10 indices out of 13 selected indices and clustered into 3 groups which reflected the leaf characteristics,mesophyll organizational structure,and leaf stomatal characteristics,respectively.Through correlation analysis,leaf thickness,cell tense ratio of leaf and leaf stomata density were selected as the typical index of each group,respectively.The sorting order of population drought resistance from strong to weak was Yangquan > Jingle > Jiaokou > Taigu > Qinshui > Qinyuan according to the results of subordinate function value analysis.
