有机酸对全株玉米青贮有氧稳定性的影响

Effects of Organic Acid on the Aerobic Stability of Whole-crop Corn Silage

摘要: 为探讨有机酸及其不同添加量对全株玉米(Zea mays L.)青贮饲料有氧稳定性的影响,采用完全随机设计,在全株玉米青贮饲料暴露于空气中时添加乳酸(LA)、乙酸(AA)和丙酸(PA),每种添加剂按照青贮后青贮饲料中所含各自的量进行成倍添加(1倍、2倍和3倍)。有氧变质后,测定各处理的pH、氨态氮、有机酸、营养成分含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加3种酸可以极显著降低全株玉米青贮饲料pH、丁酸(BA)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗脂肪(EE)和粗灰分(Ash)的含量(P<0.01),提高乳酸、乙酸、干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)和可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)的含量(P<0.01),并延长了青贮饲料有氧变质所需的时间;添加量对全株玉米青贮饲料有氧变质过程后的氨态氮,LA,AA,DM,NDF,ADF和Ash的含量有极显著影响(P<0.01),对青贮饲料的pH,以及PA,BA,CP,WSC,EE的含量无显著影响。添加有机酸可提高全株玉米青贮饲料的有氧稳定性,其中丙酸的作用效果要优于乳酸和乙酸。

Abstract: The effects of organic acid on the aerobic stability of whole-crop corn silage were studied. Lactic aid (LA), acetic acid (AA) and propionic acid (PA) were added into the whole-crop corn according to random design before ensiled. The pH value, ammonia-N, organic acid, nutrients contents of treatments were determined after aerobic deterioration. Results showed that the pH, butyric acid (BA), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), ethanol extract (EE) and ash contents of treatments decreased significantly compared with control, whereas LA, AA, dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP) and water soluable carbohydrate (WSC) contents increased significantly (P<0.01). At the same time, additives prolonged the time of aerobic deterioration. The NH3-N, LA, AA, DM, NDF, ADF and ash contents of whole-crop corn silage after aerobic deterioration were significantly affected by the addition amounts of additives (P<0.01), whereas pH value and the PA, BA, CP, WSC and EE contents of whole-crop corn silage after aerobic deterioration were not significantly affected. Organic acid improved the aerobic stability of whole-crop corn silage, and the effect of propionic acid was better than that of lactic acid and acetic acid.
