Influences of Storage Methods on the Nutritional Quality of Alfalfa Hay

摘要: 为探索适合我国内蒙古地区苜蓿(Medicago)干草最佳贮藏方法,以草原2号苜蓿(M. varia ‘Caoyuan No.2’)为材料,通过添加复合型天然防霉剂NA(以沸石粉、氧化钙、陈皮为原料配制而成)进行打捆贮藏。结果表明:喷施2.5%碳酸钾溶液结合压扁处理进行苜蓿干草田间晒制,同时添加复合型天然防霉剂NA,进行高水分打捆贮藏(含水量为28%~30%),可有效保存苜蓿干草营养成分。利用此法调制的干草贮藏至360 d,其粗蛋白(CP)含量为18.17%,相对饲喂价值(RFV)为105.7%,可达到Ⅱ级干草标准。

Abstract: In order to explore the best storage method of alfalfa hay in the Inner Mongolia of China, the Medicago varia Martin. ‘Caoyuan No.2’ was taken as the study object in this paper. The natural antifungal agent NA compounded of calcium oxide, tangerine peel and zeolite was added into alfalfa hay during storage. Results showed that the quality of alfalfa hay could reach the Ⅱ grade of quality standards after storing 360 days by adding the compound antifungal agent NA (water content 28%~30%), spraying potassium carbonate solution combined and steam-pressing during making hay. The crude protein contents and relative feed value of alfalfa hay were 18.17% and 105.7%.
