甘肃雨养区不同品种青贮玉米生理特性及水分利用率评价

Evaluation on Physiological Characteristics and Water Use Efficiency for Different Silage Maize Varieties in Gansu Rain-Fed Area

摘要: 本试验以在会宁(雨养区)种植的20个青贮玉米(Zea mays)品种为研究对象,分析比较20个玉米品种乳熟末期的生理特性,并对不同玉米品种水分利用率进行评价,为进一步选取优良抗旱的青贮玉米品种提供一定的理论依据。结果表明:干旱条件下,‘豫青贮23’‘陇单10号’和‘禾佳源铁研43’均具有高的可溶性糖(Soluble suger,SS)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性、鲜重水分利用率(Fresh weight water use efficiency,WUEf)、干重水分利用率(Dry weight water use efficiency,WUEd)以及低的丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。‘豫青贮23’和‘陇单10号’的WUEf较‘晋单73’分别提高了76.66%,76.35%,其MDA含量较‘延科288’分别降低了34.44%,41.69%。综上所述,在干旱区种植‘豫青贮23’‘陇单10号’和‘禾佳源铁研43’具有好的抗旱性。

Abstract: To provide a theoretical basis for selecting excellent drought-resistant silage maize varieties, 20 silage maize(Zea mays) varieties were planted in Huining. The physiological characteristics during milk stage telophase of silage maize were analyzed and the water use efficiency was compared. The results showed as follows:Under drought conditions, ‘Yu silage 23’, ‘Longdan No.10’ and ‘Hejiayuan tieyan 53’ all had a higher content of soluble sugar (SS), superoxide dismutase activity (SOD), fresh weight water use efficiency (WUEf) and dry weight water use efficiency (WUEd) and lower malondialdehyde (MDA) content. The WUEf of ‘Yu silage 23’ and ‘Longdan No.10’ were 76.66%, 76.35% higher than that of ‘Jindan 73’ respectively, and the MDA content of ‘Yu silage 23’ and ‘Longdan No.10’ were 34.44%, 41.69% lower than ‘Yanke 288’ respectively. In summary, ‘Yu silage 23’, ‘Longdan No.10’ and ‘Hejiayuan tieyan 53’ have good drought resistance in the arid area.
