不同种源野生花苜蓿种子特征及萌发特性研究

Study on Seed Features and Germination Characteristics of Wild Medicago ruthenica L. from Different Provenances

摘要: 为探究花苜蓿(Medicago ruthenica L.)种子特征及萌发特性,本研究以21份不同种源野生花苜蓿种子为材料,对其发芽率、发芽势、硬实率、单荚粒数、千粒重等指标进行测定,采用模糊隶属函数法对不同种源花苜蓿材料进行分析,以综合评价其种子质量。结果表明,不同种源花苜蓿种子特征及萌发特性均存在一定差异,千粒重为1.84~3.50 g,单荚粒数为1.95~3.55个,发芽率为69.33%~97.33%,发芽势为41.33%~92.67%,硬实率为88.00%~98.67%。相关性分析表明发芽率与种子厚度呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01);发芽势与千粒重、种子厚度、经度、纬度均显著相关关系(P<0.05),与种子长度呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01);千粒重与种子厚度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与种子长度、宽度均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。隶属函数综合评价表明,12号材料种子平均隶属值达0.79,排名第一,质量最好;21号材料种子平均隶属值仅达0.27,质量最差。

Abstract: In order to explore the seed features and germination characteristics of Medicago ruthenica L.,21 wild M. ruthenica materials from different provenances were used to measure the germination rate,germination potential,hardness rate,number of seeds per pod,1000-grain weight and other indicators. The fuzzy membership function was used to analyze the M. ruthenica materials from different provenances so as to comprehensively evaluate the seed quality. The results showed that there were differences in seed characteristics and germination properties among tested 21 M. Ruthenia materials,with 1 000-grain weight of 1.84~3.50 g,a single pod containing 1.95~3.55 grains,germination rate of 69.33%~97.33%,a germination potential of 41.33%~ 92.67%,and hardness seed rate of 88.00%~98.67%. The correlation analysis showed that the germination rate was positively correlated with seed thickness (P<0.01). There was a significant correlation between germination potential and 1 000-grain weight,seed thickness,longitude,latitude of the seed originality of M. ruthenica (P<0.05);And germination potential was positively correlated with seed length (P<0.01). In addition,1 000-grain weight was positively correlated with seed thickness (P<0.05),seed length and seed width (P<0.01). The results of subordinate function values analysis showed that the maximum subordinate function value was 0.79,which was from No.12 material with the best quality;And the minimum subordinate function value was 0.27,from No.21 material with the worst quality.
