纤维素酶和乳酸菌对杂交象草青贮结构性碳水化合物影响

摘要: 为解决杂交象草[(Pennisetum ameri-canum×P.purpureumP.durpureum schum]青贮粗纤维含量高的难题,本研究以纤维素酶和耐高温乳酸菌为添加剂,45℃青贮1,3,7,14,60 d,解析其对杂交象草青贮料结构性碳水化合物影响。结果表明:添加剂处理组乳酸含量较高(P<0.05),pH值,乙酸,丙酸和氨态氮含量较低(P<0.05)。商业乳酸菌组乳酸含量最高,乙酸含量最低(P<0.05)。添加剂处理组的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、半纤维素和纤维素含量较低(P<0.05),水溶性碳水化合物、葡萄糖和蔗糖含量较高(P<0.05)。纤维素酶组的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、半纤维素和纤维素含量最低(P<0.05),水溶性碳水化合物、葡萄糖和蔗糖含量最高(P<0.05),耐高温乳酸菌组次之。综上所述,在杂交象草青贮饲料中添加纤维素酶和乳酸菌均能降解结构性碳水化合物并促进乳酸发酵,其中以纤维素酶添加效果最佳。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high crude fiber content of hybrid napier grass [(Pennisetum ameri-canum×P.purpureumP.durpureum schum. 'Guimu No.1’],cellulase and high-temperature resistant lactic acid bacteria (LAB) were used as additives to analyze their effects on structural carbohydrates of hybrid napier grass silage for 1,3,7,14 and 60 days at 45℃.The results showed that additive treatments had higher (P<0.05) lactic acid content and lower (P<0.05) pH value,acetic acid,propionic acid,and ammoniacal nitrogen contents. The commercia LAB group had the highest (P<0.05) lactic acid and the lowest (P<0.05) acetic acid contents. Neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,hemicellulose,and cellulose contents were lower (P<0.05),whereas water-soluble carbohydrates,glucose,and sucrose contents were higher (P<0.05) in all additive treatment groups. The cellulase group had the lowest (P<0.05) content of fibrous components and the highest (P<0.05) content of soluble carbohydrates,followed by the high-temperature resistant LAB group. In summary,the addition of cellulase and LAB to the napier silage could degrade structural carbohydrates and promote lactic acid fermentation,and the effects of cellulase was better.
