不同燕麦品种茎秆抗倒性的综合评价及筛选

Comprehensive Evaluation and Screening of Lodging Resistance of Different Oat Varieties

摘要: 为比较不同燕麦(Avena sativa L.)种质抗倒伏能力的差异,探究影响燕麦倒伏的主要因素,本研究以9种燕麦品种为试验材料,研究穗部特征、茎秆形态特征和茎秆化学物质含量与抗倒性的关系。利用灰色关联度分析法明确影响燕麦抗倒性的主要性状,并采用隶属函数法和聚类分析法进行综合评价。初步筛选出优良品种和性状,为今后育种提供亲本材料和参考依据。结果表明:抗倒性最强的燕麦品种分别是A05,AN222和A01,重心高度、第二节间长度、茎粗系数、穗长、穗下节长、钾和纤维素含量是影响燕麦抗倒伏能力的关键因素。

Abstract: In order to compare the lodging resistance of different oat (Avena sativaL.) germplasms and explore the main factors affecting their lodging resistance, in this study we took 9 oat varieties as experimental materials to explore the relationship between ear characteristics, stem morphological characteristics and the content of stem chemical substances and lodging resistance. Further, grey correlation analysis was performed to identify the key traits affecting lodging resistance in oat. Meanwhile, membership function method and cluster analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate and cluster the oat materials tested in this study. The excellent varieties and characters were screened out preliminarily to provide parental materials and reference for breeding in the future. The results show that: A05, AN222, and A01 had the strongest lodging resistance. The key factors affecting the resistance to lodging in oats are center of gravity height, second internode length, stem diameter coefficient, spike length, internode length below the spike, potassium, and cellulose.
