不同套种行数比对紫花苜蓿/玉米混合青贮品质的影响

Effects of Different Interplanting Row Ratio on Rilage Quality of Alfalfa/Corn Mixed Silage

摘要: 为探究不同套种行数比下混收混贮对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)和玉米(Zea mays)青贮营养品质和发酵品质的影响,以紫花苜蓿2行∶玉米2行(T1)、紫花苜蓿4行∶玉米2行(T2)和紫花苜蓿6行∶玉米2行(T3)下青贮前后材料为研究对象,紫花苜蓿(MA)和玉米(MM)单贮为对照,青贮60d后测定其营养成分及发酵品质。结果表明,在T1模式下,青贮后饲草可溶性碳水化合物较MA单贮提高64.6%,pH较MA单贮降低27%;T2模式下,粗蛋白含量较MM单贮提高65.4%,乳酸含量较MM单贮提高50%;在T3模式下,粗蛋白含量较MM单贮含量提高78%,乙酸含量较MA单贮降低了42%,乳酸含量显著高于其他两组混贮处理(P<0.05)。T3模式下的感官品质评定为18、V-Score得分为80.38,灰色关联度评分第一。综上,在甘肃河西武威地区,紫花苜蓿与玉米(6列∶2列)套种的混收混贮青贮效果最佳。

Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of mixed harvest and mixed storage on the nutrient quality and fermentation quality of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) and maize (Zea mays) mixed silage under different sets of row ratios, the materials before and after silage under 2 rows of alfalfa∶2 rows of maize (T1), 4 rows of alfalfa∶2 rows of maize (T2), and 6 rows of alfalfa∶2 rows of maize (T3) were taken as the objects of the study. The nutrient composition and fermentation quality of the materials were determined after silage for 60 d in the alfalfa (MA) and maize (MM). (MA) and maize (MM) single silage were used as a control. The results showed that in T1 mode, the soluble carbohydrates of forage after silage increased by 64.6% compared with MA mono-silage, and pH decreased by 27% compared with MA mono-silage. In T2 mode, the crude protein content increased by 65.4% compared with MM mono-silage, and the lactic acid content increased by 50% compared with MM mono-silag. In T3 mode, the crude protein content increased by 78% compared with MM mono-silage, and the acetic acid content decreased by 42% compared with MA mono-silage The lactic acid content was significantly higher than the other two groups of mixed storage treatments (P<0.05). In T3 mode, the sensory quality rating was 18, with a V-Score score of 80.38 and the first gray correlation score. In conclusion, mixed harvesting and mixed silage silage of alfalfa and corn in 6-row∶2-row sets was the best in Wuwei area, west of Gansu River.
