川西北天然草地野生饲用植物资源及饲用价值评价

Wild Forage Resources and Evaluation of Their Feeding Value in Natural Grassland of Northwest Sichuan

摘要: 为给川西北草地畜牧业发展提供更多具有较高饲用价值的植物资源,本研究以四川省第二次草地资源清查工作结果为基础材料,从川西北天然草地(高寒草甸和山地草甸)植物群落优势种和豆科(Leguminosae)植物中筛选和分析饲用价值较高的野生植物资源。研究发现,川西北饲用价值较高的主要野生植物有10科27属104种。通过查询资料获取其中禾本科(Gramineae)、莎草科(Cyperaceae)和豆科共计17种主要饲用植物的营养成分,计算各植物的总能量和营养比,用模糊隶属函数法综合评价各植物的营养价值。结果表明,广布野豌豆(Vicia cracca)、小叶锦鸡儿(Caragana microphylla)、高山嵩草(Kobresia pygmaea)、四川嵩草(Kobresia setchwanensis)和冷地早熟禾(Poa crymophila)总能量较高,小叶锦鸡儿、高山嵩草、四川嵩草、广布野豌豆和西藏嵩草(Kobresia tibetica)的营养价值较高。这17种饲用植物的适口性均在中等及以上,均可用于饲喂羊,其中多种植物可用于建植刈割或放牧草地。因此,可知川西北天然草地中,禾本科多种植物的营养价值较高且选育推广比较可行,豆科的小叶锦鸡儿和广布野豌豆有很好的饲用植物开发利用前景;莎草科植物开发利用存在较大难度。

Abstract: In order to provide more forage resources for the development of grassland animal husbandry in northwest Sichuan,this study combined the second survey of grassland resources in Sichuan province,the dominant forage plants of natural grassland (alpine meadow and mountain meadow) and some legumes were investigated in northwest Sichuan,including 10 families,27 genera and 104 species of wild forages. Both the total energy and nutritive ratios are calculated by obtaining the relevant index values from references,for each the plant species of 17 forage species of the grass,sedge,and legume families. The nutritive value of each plant species was comprehensively evaluated by using fuzzy membership function,and the palatability and suitable utilization of each the forage species were listed and analyzed. Studies showed that the total energy of Vicia cracca,Caragana microphylla,Kobresia pygmaea,K. setchwanensis and Poa crymophila were relatively high,while the nutritive values of C. microphylla,K. pygmaeap,K. sitchwanensis,V. cracca and K. tibetica were relatively high. Moreover,these 17 forage plants were medium or above palatability and could be used to feed sheep,and many of them could be used for planting species in mowing or grazing land. Therefore,it indicated that in the natural grassland of northwest Sichuan,a variety of Gramineae plants had high nutritional value and were feasible for breeding and promotion,that both Caragana microphylla and Vicia cracca of legume had good prospects for the development and utilization of forage plants,while the utilization of Cyperaceae plants was difficult.
