藏沙蒿种质材料苗期抗旱性综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Drought Resistance of Artemisia wellbyi Germplasm at the Seedling Stage

摘要: 为评价藏沙蒿(Artemisia wellbyi)野生种质材料苗期抗旱性,以采自我国西藏地区不同生境的13份藏沙蒿种质材料为研究对象,采用盆栽控水法模拟土壤干旱条件,设置未胁迫CK、中度和重度3个干旱胁迫处理,研究干旱胁迫对藏沙蒿材料苗期生长和生理生化特性的影响,采用主成分分析和隶属函数相结合的方法对其抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,供试藏沙蒿材料的相对电导率(Relative conductivity,REC)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)以及过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)活性和脯氨酸(Proline,Pro)、可溶性糖(Soluble sugar,SS)含量均增加,可溶性蛋白(Soluble protein,SP)含量不同材料之间存在一定差异性(P<0.05);综合评价认为11号材料抗旱性最强,10号和3号次之,6号材料抗旱性最弱;建议11,10和3号藏沙蒿材料作为西藏高寒荒漠草地生态恢复和育种研究的首选材料。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the drought resistance of Artemisia wellbyi wild germplasm materials at the seedling stage,we selected thirteen Artemisia wellbyi germplasm materials collected from different habitats in Tibet as the research subjects. We used the potted water control method to simulate soil drought conditions and set no water stress as control,medium and severe drought stress treatments to study the effects of drought stress on the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of Artemisia wellbyi materials at the seedling stage. The drought resistance was comprehensively evaluated by combining principal component analysis and membership function. The results showed that under drought stress,the Relative conductivity (REC),Malondialdehyde (MDA),Peroxidase (POD),Superoxide dismutase (SOD),Catalase (CAT) activity,Proline (Pro) and Soluble sugar (SS) contents increased,and there were differences between different materials with SP content (P<0.05). The comprehensive evaluation concluded that the drought resistance of No. 11 material was the strongest,followed by No. 10 and No. 3 material,and No. 6 material was the weakest;it was suggested that No. 11,10,and No. 3 material of Artemisia wellbyi should be the first choice for ecological restoration and breeding research of Tibetan alpine desert grassland.
