假俭草种源抗寒性鉴定及其变异分析

Evaluation and variation analysis of cold tolerance in Eremochloa ophiuroides

摘要: 为了进一步鉴定和发掘假俭草抗寒遗传资源,为假俭草抗寒育种和遗传研究提供材料和有价值的信息,本研究采用电解质渗透法对搜集的有代表性的110份假俭草种源进行了抗寒性鉴定。结果表明,我国假俭草不同种源之间的抗寒性存在较大变异,它们的半致死温度的变异范围为-2.55℃~-8.01℃,极差为5.46℃,平均半致死温度为-4.89℃,变异系数为18.01%;进一步对假俭草的半致死温度与地理因子(纬度,经度和海拔)进行了回归分析,结果发现假俭草的半致死温度与纬度,经度和海拔均无线性关系;根据假俭草的半致死温度进行系统聚类分析,可以将110份假俭草种源分为3个类群。

Abstract: In order to identify germplasms with cold tolerance in centipedegrass,and provide useful materials and information for further genetic and breeding research,110 centipedegrass cultivars were evaluated for cold tolerance using an electrolyte leakage method.The results indicated that significant genetic differences were present among different varieties in centipedegrass.The LT50 of 110 centipedegrasses ranged from-2.55 to-8.01,with a range of 5.46℃,an average LT50 of-4.89℃,and a coefficient variation of 18.01%.No significant linear correlations were observed between LT50 of centipedegrass and geographical factors(latitude,longitude and elevation).The 110 cultivars were subdivided into three groups by cluster analysis based on their LT50.
