添加纤维素酶与藜麦麸皮及小麦麸皮对台湾红藜青贮的影响

摘要: 为研究纤维素酶与藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)麸皮及小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)麸皮对台湾红藜(Chenopodium formosanum Koidz.)青贮发酵品质的影响,本试验设对照组(CK)、纤维素酶组(0.5 g·kg-1鲜草,A1)、纤维素酶(0.5g·kg-1鲜草)+5%藜麦麸皮组(A2)、纤维素酶(0.5g·kg-1鲜草)+5%小麦麸皮组(A3)等4个处理组合,青贮60d后分析发酵品质。结果表明:CK组在感官评价上低于试验组;与CK相比,A2,A3组粗蛋白含量、相对饲喂价值、粗饲料分级指数显著提高,中性洗涤纤维显著降低(P<0.05);试验组的pH值均显著低于CK (P<0.05),根据Fleigh评分法,CK,A1组饲料品质为良,A2,A3组为优;通过隶属函数法综合分析,纤维素酶(0.5g·kg-1鲜草)+5%藜麦麸皮可显著提高台湾红藜青贮饲料的饲用价值,效果最佳,上述结果为藜麦资源的合理利用提供了一定科学依据。

Abstract: To study the effects of cellulase,Quinoa bran,and wheat bran on silage fermentation quality of Chenopodium formosanum Koidz.,there were CK (without additives) and three treatments including addition cellulose(A1,0.5 g·kg-1based on fresh weight),cellulase and 5% Quinoa bran(A2),cellulase and 5% wheat bran(A3) in this experiment. After ensiled for 60 days,the silage qualities were evaluated. The results showed that:the CK was lower than the other treatments in sensory scores;the addition with quinoa bran and wheat bran significantly (P<0.05) increased the contents of crude protein (CP),relative feed value (RFV) and roughage grading index (GI),and significantly (P<0.05) decreased the contents of crude ash (Ash),neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF). Compared with the CK group,treated groups significantly (P<0.05) reduced the pH values. According to the Fleigh scoring method,silage qualities of CK and A1were good while those of A2 and A3 were excellent. Through comprehensive analysis by the membership function method,A3 treatment improved the silage quality of C. formosanum Koidz. and performed best. The abovementioned results could provide a scientific basis for optimal utilization of quinoa resources.
