不同添加量葡萄渣对苜蓿青贮发酵品质及CNCPS蛋白组分的影响

Effects of Different Additions of Grape Pomace on the Fermentation Quality and CNCPS Protein Fractions of Alfalfa Silage

摘要: 为探究添加葡萄渣对苜蓿(Medicago sativa)青贮发酵品质及蛋白组分的影响,本试验将0,50,100和150 g·kg-1(CK,C1,C2和C3)的葡萄渣与苜蓿进行混合青贮,在青贮的第60 d测定发酵品质和蛋白组分,第1,3,7,15,30和60 d测定青贮微生物数量和蛋白酶活性。结果表明:添加葡萄渣处理的青贮干物质、粗蛋白和乳酸含量要显著高于CK组(P<0.05);C3组的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、pH值、氨态氮和游离氨基酸态氮含量显著低于其它处理(P<0.05);添加葡萄渣能降低苜蓿青贮非蛋白氮含量,增加快速降解蛋白和中速降解蛋白含量,其中添加葡萄渣的苜蓿青贮过瘤胃蛋白含量要高于CK组;添加葡萄渣对苜蓿青贮蛋白酶活性具有抑制作用。本研究表明,添加葡萄渣对苜蓿青贮品质具有改善作用,其中添加150 g·kg-1葡萄渣较为合适。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of adding grape pomace on the fermentation quality and protein fraction of alfalfa silage,alfalfa mixed silage was mide by adding grape pomace at 0,50,100 and 150 g·kg-1 (CK,C1,C2 and C3) in this experiment. The fermentation quality and protein fractions were measured at the 60 days of silaging,and the number of silage microorganisms and protease activity were measured at the 1 st,3rd,7th,15th,30th and 60th days. The results showed that the dry matter,crude protein and lactic acid contents of silage treated with grape pomace were significantly higher than those of the CK group (P<0.05). the neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,pH,ammoniacal nitrogen and free amino acid nitrogen contents of C3 group were significantly lower than those of other treatments (P<0.05). The addition of grape pomace could reduce the content of non-protein nitrogen of alfalfa silage and increase the content of fast-degradable and medium-degradable protein. The content of alfalfa silage with grape pomace was higher than that of CK group. The addition of grape pomace had an inhibitory effect on protease activity of alfalfa silage. Our results showed that the addition of grape pomace improves the quality of alfalfa silage,the addition of 150 g·kg-1 grape pomace is more appropriate.
