不同老芒麦种质资源农艺性状及营养品质分析

Analysis of Agronomic Characters and Nutritional Quality of Different Germplasm Resources of Elymus sibiricus

摘要: 为筛选出适宜新疆干旱半干旱地区种植的高产优质老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus L.)种质,本研究以'同德’老芒麦(E-1)作为对照材料,以5个新疆野生老芒麦种质资源(E-2,E-3,E-4,E-5,E-6)作为参试材料,对各材料的农艺性状、饲草营养品质以及饲草产量进行分析比较,并运用相关性分析和灰色关联分析进行了综合评价。结果表明:供试的6个老芒麦种质资源的农艺性状、饲草营养品质以及饲草产量间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中E-3在农艺性状和饲草产量方面表现较为突出,E-6在营养品质方面表现较为突出。经综合分析表明,E-3更适宜作为高产型老芒麦在新疆干旱半干旱地区推广种植。

Abstract: In order to select high-yielding and high-quality Elymus sibiricus germplasm that suitable to be cultivated in the arid and semi-arid areas of Xinjiang, 'Tongde’ (E-1) was used as the control material, and five wild Xinjiang Elymus sibiricus germplasm resources (E-2, E-3, E-4, E-5, E-6) were used as the experimental materials. The agronomic traits of each material, nutrition quality forage grass and forage yield were analyzed comparatively. The results showed that there were significant differences among the six tested materials in agronomic traits, forage nutritional quality and forage yield (P<0.05), among them E-3 was more prominent in agronomic traits and forage yield, and E-6 was more prominent in nutritional quality. The comprehensive analysis results showed that E-3 was more suitable to be used as high-yield Elymus sibiricus in arid and semi-arid areas of Xinjiang.
