紫花苜蓿耐盐新种质一般配合力分析与轮回选择

Analysis of the General Combining Ability and Recurrent Selection of New Salt-Tolerant Alfalfa Germplasam

摘要: 以第1代轮回选择的后代为材料,种植后通过表型从中选出107个耐盐单株,其耐盐性一般配合力测定结果表明:其中耐盐性一般配合力高的75株,低的32株;再将配合力较高的单株相互杂交,完成第2代轮回选择;在两次选择的基础上,又进行一次混合选择,得到了70个杂交后的耐盐苜蓿新材料。

Abstract: The experiment picked out 107 good salt-tolerant plants from offspring produced by the first recurrent selection,and measured their general combining ability of salt-tolerance.As a result,75 salt-tolerant individual plants with high general combining ability and 32 ones with low general combining ability were selected.The 75 salt-tolerant individuals with high general combining ability were intercrossed to complete the second recurrent selection.Based on the two-generation recurrent selections,a massed selection was concluded,and 70 new salt-tolerant alfalfa materials have been obtained.
