硝酸钾对假俭草抗寒性和草绿期的影响

Effect of Potassium Nitrate on Chilling Resistance and Green Period of Eremochloa ophiuroides(Munro.) Hack

摘要: 用硝酸钾(0、2.5、5.0、7.5和10.0 g/L)对盆栽假俭草(Eremochloao phiuroides(Munro.)Hack)优良品系E-126进行处理,通过测定叶中叶绿素、可溶性糖和脯胺酸的含量及相对电导率,研究其对假俭草抗寒性和绿期的影响,结果表明:在低温条件下,硝酸钾处理的假俭草与对照相比,不仅降低了电导率,提高了叶绿素的含量、抑制了叶绿素的分解,而且提高了可溶性糖、脯胺酸的含量,从而提高了抗寒性。其中效果最好的处理为7.5 g/L,可延长假俭草草绿期12~13 d。

Abstract: The new selection E-126 of centipedegrass(Eremochloa ophiuroides(Munro.) Hack) was used to study the effect of KNO3(0,2.5,5.0,7.5,and 10.0 g/L) on the cold hardiness and green period of centipedegrass during the cold season.The results show:(1) under the KNO3 treatment,the relative electrical conductivity and chlorophyll decomposition of centipedegrass were reduced,whereas the content of soluble sugar and proline in centipedegrass leaves were obviously increased in comparison to the check,which indicated that the KNO3 could improve the cold hardiness and performance of centipedegrass during the cold season;(2) treatment of 7.5 g/L KNO3 resulted in the best performance and could prolong the green period by 12-13days compared with the check.
