摘要:

为探讨油菜素内酯(BR)对石油污染下紫穗槐(Amorpha fruticosa)苗木抗氧化系统的影响,进行室内盆栽试验,用不同浓度油菜素内酯(BR)对苗木蘸根和叶面喷施后,测定其抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化剂含量。结果表明:BR能显著提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的活性,显著增加抗坏血酸(ASA)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,增强紫穗槐抗石油污染性,而且以0.3 mg·L-1的油菜素内酯浓度效果最佳。

Abstract:

To explore the effect of brassinolide(BR) on the antioxidant system of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings under petroleum pollution, the indoor potted experiment was used by dipping roots and spraying leaves of seedlings with different concentrations of brassinolide. The results showed that brassinolide significantly increased the antioxidant protection enzyme activities of SOD, APX, CAT and GR, the contents of ASA and GSH that kept the active oxygen content of seedlings in balance to avoid oxidative damage to cells. The most significant concentration of brassinolide was 0.3 mg·L-1 for Amorpha fruticosa.
