生物复合种衣剂对4种牧草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

Effect of a Biological Complex Seed-coating Agent on the Germination and Seedling Growth of Four Pasture Grass

摘要:

为探索2%戊唑醇生物复合种衣剂提高牧草发芽率和生长量的可行性,对‘超音速’紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa‘Supersonic’)、光叶紫花苕(Vicia villosa var. glabresens)、白三叶草(Trifolium repens)、‘特高’黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum‘Tetragold’)进行包衣。结果表明,上述牧草分别按1:40,1:60,1:70,1:90包衣促进萌发效果最好,且无霉变现象。前3种牧草与对照相比,苗长分别增加15.86%,10.26%,18.08%;地上部分鲜重分别增加15.66%,42.49%,97.26%。因此该种衣剂可按适宜包衣剂量对这4种种子进行处理。

Abstract:

In order to improve the germination rate and growth of pastures, 2% tebuconazole biological complex seed-coating agent were used for coating Medicago sativa ‘Supersonic’, Vicia villosa var. glabresens, Trifolium repens,and Lolium multiflorum ‘Tetragold’ . The results showed that the seeds for the four pastures coated at 1:40, 1:60, 1:70 and 1:90, respectively have the best increase of germination. The coated seeds were not rotted. Compared with the control, the seed-coating agent had significant effect on growth promotion, especially on M. sativa , V. villosa var. glabresens and T. repens. The seedling length and above ground fresh weight increased 15.86%, 10.26%, 18.08%; and 15.66%, 42.49% and 97.26%, respectively. Thus the seed-coating agent could be used with optimum dose for coating M. sativa, V. villosa var. glabrescens, T. repens, and L. multiflorum.
