干燥对盐碱地苜蓿营养品质及真菌菌群结构的影响

The Effect of Drying on the Nutritional Quality and Fungal Community Structure of Alfalfa in Saline-alkali Soil

摘要: 为探究盐碱地紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)干燥前后真菌种类、群落结构以及对其营养品质的影响,以期为盐碱地紫花苜蓿干草调制提供理论基础。本研究以盐碱地紫花苜蓿为试验材料,初花期刈割,干燥12 h后取样分析苜蓿的营养成分与真菌群落特征。结果表明:盐碱地苜蓿晾晒12 h后、粗蛋白质、可溶性蛋白质、非结构性碳水化合物含量显著下降(P<0.05)。经干燥12 h后,小戴卫霉科(Davidiellaceae)的丰度值增加,球腔菌科(Mycosphaerellaceae)的丰度值下降到1.02%。盐碱地紫花苜蓿鲜样附着真菌隶属4个真菌门,优势菌群为小戴卫霉科、隐球菌属(Cryptococcus)、链格孢属(Alternaria)、假丝酵母属(Candida)。干燥12 h后,苜蓿真菌以小戴卫霉科、链格孢属、赤霉属、小不整球壳属、匍柄霉属为主,其营养方式主要为腐生营养型,此类真菌的生长繁殖会消耗紫花苜蓿的营养物质。

Abstract: To explore the fungal species,community structure,and their impact on the nutritional quality of alfalfa prior to and subsequent to drying of alfalfa forage cultivated in saline-alkali soil,provide a theoretical basis for alfalfa hay preparation which produced in such lands,this study focused on alfalfa grown in saline-alkali soil. The alfalfa samples were harvested during the early flowering stage,and dried for 12 hours,then analyzed for nutrient composition and fungal community characteristics. The results revealed that the crude protein(CP), soluble protein (SP) and the nonstructural carbohydrate (NSC) content of alfalfa after sun-dried for 12 hours significantly decreased (P<0.05). After dried for 12 hours,the abundance of Davidiellaceae increased,whereas the abundance of Mycosphaerellaceae decreased to 1.02%. Fresh alfalfa samples from saline-alkali soil were found to harbor fungi belonging to four fungal phyla,among which the dominant fungal groups including Davidiellaceae,Cryptococcus,Alternaria,and Candida. After dried for 12 hours,the attached fungi to alfalfa were mainly Davidiellaceae,Alternaria,Gibberella,Plectosphaerellaceae,and Stemphylium. These fungi mainly take their nutrition as the saprophytic mode,and their growth and reproduction shall consume the nutrients of alfalfa.
