湿贮玉米中添加春蓼对饲料抑菌能力的影响

Effect of Adding Polygonum persicaria to High Moisture Corn on its Bacteriostatic Ability

摘要: 本文旨在研究春蓼(Polygonum persicaria)与湿贮玉米混合青贮对饲料抑菌能力影响。试验分3个处理(无添加春蓼对照组,5%春蓼添加组,10%春蓼添加组),避光室温保存,在3,7,14,30,60天开封,检测发酵品质及有氧稳定性。30,60天青贮料加105cfu·mL-1的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌,在 8 h,24 h,48 h,72 h检测菌数;同时对春蓼乙酸乙酯提取液进行代谢产物分析。结果表明:春蓼添加组乳酸菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),发酵14天后,大肠杆菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);发酵60天后的10%春蓼组有氧稳定性天数显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);10%春蓼组有害菌数显著低于其他组(P<0.05);春蓼乙酸乙酯提取液主要代谢产物是黄酮类、姜酚类及其他化合物。本研究表明,春蓼添加可改善湿贮玉米发酵品质,提高有氧稳定性,抑制有害菌增长,其有效成分可能为黄酮类、姜酚类及其他化合物。

Abstract: The aim of this paper was to investigate the effect of adding Polygonum persicaria to high moisture corn silage on forage bacterial inhibition. Three treatments (no added Polygonum persicaria control group,5% added Polygonum persicaria group,and 10% added Polygonum persicaria group) were stored at room temperature away from light and opened after 3,7,14,30 and 60 days to test the fermentation quality and aerobic stability. Selected 30- and 60-day silages were added with 105 cfu·mL-1bacterial concentrations of E. coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Salmonella. Then the bacterial count was measured at 8 h,24 h,48 h,and 72 h. The ethyl acetate extract of Polygonum persicaria was also analysed for metabolites. The results showed:(1) The number of lactic acid bacteria in the Polygonum persicaria-added group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the number of E. coli was significantly lower than that in the control group after 14 days (P<0.05);(2) The number of days of aerobic stability was significantly higher in the 10% Polygonum persicaria group after 60 days of fermentation than that in all other groups (P<0.05);(3) The number of harmful bacteria was significantly lower in the 10% Polygonum persicaria group than in the other groups (P<0.05);The main metabolites of Polygonum persicaria were flavonoids,gingerols and other compounds. In all,the addition of Polygonum persicaria improved the fermentation quality of high moisture corn,improved aerobic stability,and inhibited the growth of harmful bacteria,in which the effective components of Polygonum persicaria might be flavonoids,ginger phenols and other compounds.
