白三叶抗旱种质资源筛选及抗旱评价指标筛选

Screening of Drought-Tolerant Germplasm Resources of White Clover and Analysis of Drought Tolerance Evaluation Index

摘要: 为发掘抗旱性优异的白三叶(Trifolium repens)种质资源以及筛选评价其抗旱性强弱的有效指标,本试验以采自四川等地自然分布的110份白三叶种质资源以及国审品种‘Haifa’‘Goethe’为试验材料,在田间自然干旱条件下,通过观测供试材料的表型指标差异对其抗旱性初步评价;在室内控水条件下,通过观测叶片横切结构和生理参数的变化,运用加权隶属函数法对初筛材料进行抗旱性鉴定。采用相关性和主成分分析方法评价各指标的贡献率以筛选出适宜白三叶抗旱性评价的指标。结果表明:聚类分析显示白三叶的形态特征和抗旱性密切相关;综合评价表明,材料Tr210,Tr103,Tr083具有较强耐旱性,而Tr008和Tr033耐旱性较差。在26个评价指标中,最终筛选出16个有效指标,包括4个表型指标、8个生理指标和4个叶片显微结构指标。本研究为白三叶耐旱种质资源评价以及耐旱品种选育提供了理论依据和材料基础。

Abstract: To identify white clover (Trifolium repens) germplasm resources with exceptional drought resistance and to select effective indicators for evaluating this trait, the present study was conducted using 110 T. repens germplasm resources from natural distributions in Sichuan and other regions, along with the nationally recognized cultivars ‘Haifa’ and ‘Goethe’ as test materials. Under natural drought conditions in the field, a preliminary evaluation of drought resistance was performed by observing the differences in phenotypic indices of the test materials. In controlled indoor conditions, the weighted subordinate function method was employed to assess the drought resistance of the initially screened materials by examining changes in the cross-sectional structure of the leaf blades and various physiological parameters. Correlation and principal component analyses were utilized to evaluate the contribution rate of each index, which facilitated the identification of suitable indicators for assessing the drought resistance of white clover. The results indicated a close relationship between the morphological characteristics of white clover materials and their drought tolerance, as revealed by cluster analysis. The comprehensive evaluation identified materials Tr210, Tr103, and Tr083 as having strong drought tolerance, while Tr008 and Tr033 exhibited poor drought tolerance. Among the 26 evaluation indices, 16 effective indices were ultimately selected, comprising 4 phenotypic indices, 8 physiological indices, and 4 leaf microstructure indices. This study provides a theoretical foundation and material basis for the evaluation of drought-tolerant germplasm resources, as well as for the selection and breeding of drought-resistant varieties of white clover.
