15个紫花苜蓿品种在民勤地区的适应性研究

Study on the Adaptability of 15 Alfalfa Varieties in Minqin Area

摘要: 为筛选民勤地区适种的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种,本研究以15个国内外优良紫花苜蓿品种为试验材料,测定越冬性能、生产性能及营养品质等17个性状指标,通过隶属函数法、聚类分析法进行适应性综合评价。结果表明:‘WL343’越冬率最高,为94%;‘龙牧806’根颈芽数量最多,‘甘农5号’根颈芽长度最长;‘龙牧801’可溶性蛋白含量显著高于其他品种 (P<0.05);‘WL343’总产量最高,为17 792.98 kg·hm-2;‘LW6010’相对饲用价值显著高于其他品种(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,株高、分枝数、叶茎比与干草产量都呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和根颈芽数量与越冬率分别呈极显著(P<0.01)和显著正相关(P<0.05)。隶属函数综合效益值排序和聚类分析综合评价值分类结果一致,综合指标最优的一类紫花苜蓿品种分别是‘WL343’‘WL298’‘LW6010’‘巨能551’,建议在民勤及河西走廊同类地区推广种植。

Abstract: In order to screen suitable varieties of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) for planting in Minqin area, this study used 15 excellent domestic or foreign alfalfa varieties as experimental materials, and measured 17 trait indicators including overwintering performance, production performance, and nutritional quality. The adaptability was comprehensively evaluated through membership function method and cluster analysis method. The results indicated that ‘WL343’ had the highest overwintering rate of 94%, ‘Longmu 806’ had the highest number of crown buds, and ‘Gannong 5’ had the longest crown bud length. The soluble protein content of ‘Longmu 801’was significantly higher than other varieties, ‘WL343’ had the highest total yield, and ‘LW6010’ had significantly higher relative feeding value than other varieties. Correlation analysis showed that plant height, number of branches, leaf stem ratio, and hay yield were all significantly positively correlated. The soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, and number of crown buds were significantly positively correlated with overwintering rate. The membership function and clustering analysis results were consistent, and alfalfa varieties with the best comprehensive index were ‘WL343’‘WL298’‘LW6010’ and ‘Juneng 551’, which could be recommended to planting in similar areas of Minqin and Hexi Corridor.
