糖蜜和乳酸菌对光叶紫花苕青贮品质的影响

Effect of Adding Molasses and Lactic Acid Bacteria on the Silage Quality of Smooth Vetch

摘要: 以光叶紫花苕(Vicia villosa var. glabrescens)为材料,探讨添加剂处理对其青贮品质的影响。试验设置对照(CK)、添加20 g·kg-1和50 g·kg-1的糖蜜(M1和M2)、添加5×105 CFU·g-1和1×106 CFU·g-1的乳酸菌(L1和L2)、添加20 g·kg-1+5×105 CFU·g-1和20 g·kg-1+1×106 CFU·g-1的糖蜜与乳酸菌混合剂(M1L1和M1L2)、添加50 g·kg-1+5×105 CFU·g-1和50 g·kg-1+1×106 CFU·g-1的糖蜜与乳酸菌混合剂(M2L1和M2L2)共9个处理组,贮存60 d后测定青贮的发酵品质与养分含量。结果表明:单独添加糖蜜组以及乳酸菌和糖蜜混合添加组的粗蛋白、可溶性糖、乳酸、乙酸含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且pH和氨态氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中M2处理组显著降低了中性洗涤纤维含量(P<0.05),M2L1和M2L2处理组显著降低了中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量(P<0.05);单独添加乳酸菌除了对青贮饲料的pH有显著影响外(P<0.05),对其他青贮指标没有显著影响。综合各项指标表明,乳酸菌和糖蜜混合添加剂能显著提升含糖量低的青贮饲料品质。

Abstract: Smooth Vetch was selected to explore the effects of additive treatments on silage quality. Nine treatment groups included: control group (CK); adding 20 g穔g-1 and 50 g穔g-1 molasses groups (M1 and M2); adding 5?105 CFU穏-1and 1?106 CFU穏-1 lactic acid bacteria groups (R1 and R2); and adding the mixture of molasses and lactic acid bacteria groups (M1L1, M1L2, M2L1 and M2L2) with three repetitions each. Silage fermentation quality and nutrient content were measured after 60 d. Results showed that the contents of crude protein, soluble sugar, lactic acid and acetic acid in adding molasses and the mixture of lactic acid bacteria and molasses groups were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05), whereas the pH and ammonia nitrogen content was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). M2 treatment groups significantly reduced the content of neutral fiber (P<0.05). M2L1 and M2L2 significantly reduced the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber (P<0.05). Adding lactic acid bacteria alone only had a significant effect on silage pH. All indicators showed that the mixed additives of lactic acid bacteria and molasses had a distinct role in the silage containing lower sugar.
