宁夏雨养区10个小黑麦品种(系)生产性能及其营养价值研究

摘要: 为筛选出适宜宁夏雨养区种植的高产优质小黑麦(Triticosecale Wittmack)品种(系),本研究以10个小黑麦品种(系)为试验材料,对参试品种(系)的生产性能、饲草营养价值及种子产量进行比较,并采用主成分分析方法进行综合评价。结果表明:供试10个小黑麦品种(系)生产性能、饲草营养价值、种子产量及籽粒营养品质间均存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中'晋饲草1号'的株高、干草产量、粗蛋白产量、牧草粗脂肪含量和种子产量均为最高,分别达145.55 cm,11 894.16 kg·hm-2,1 036.09 kg·hm-2,1.35%和6.72 t·hm-2。小穗数和穗粒重均以'石大1号'最高,分别为34.10个和3.13 g;籽粒粗蛋白含量以'鉴47'最高(15.07%)。不同品种(系)小黑麦可聚为三类,主成分综合排名前三的品种(系)分别为'晋饲草1号'、'鉴46'和'冀饲3号'。因此,'晋饲草1号'、'鉴46'和'冀饲3号'适宜作为饲料型小黑麦在宁夏雨养区推广种植。

Abstract: In order to screen out high-yield and high-quality triticale (Triticosecale Wittmack) varieties (lines) suitable for planting in Ningxia rain-fed areas,10 triticale varieties (lines) were used as experimental materials in this study to examine their production performance,forage nutritional value and seed yield by comparison and principal component analysis method d for the purpose of comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that there were significant differences in the production performance,forage nutritional value,seed yield and grain nutritional quality among the 10 triticale varieties (lines) (P<0.05). The plant height,hay yield,crude protein yield,crude fat content and seed yield of 'Jinsicao No.1' were the highest among those 10 varieties (lines),reaching 145.55 cm,11 894.16 kg·ha-1,1 036.09 kg·ha-1,1.35% and 6.72 t·ha-1,respectively. The number of spikelets and grain weight per spike of 'Shida 1' were the highest,which were 34.10 and 3.13 g,respectively. The crude protein content of 'Jian 47' was the highest (15.07%). Different varieties (lines) of triticale could be clustered into three categories. In the outcome of the principal component analysis on those 10 varieties (lines),the top three varieties (lines) were 'Jinsicao 1','Jian 46' and 'Jisi 3',respectively. Therefore,'Jinsicao No.1','Jian46' and 'Jisi No.3' would be suitable for planting as feed triticale in rain-fed areas of Ningxia.
