利用灰色关联度和隶属函数法评价5个'张杂谷’饲草谷子品种的营养价值

Evaluation of the Nutritional Value of Five millets (Setaria italica Beauv.) Varieties Using Grey Relational Analysis and Membership Function Method

摘要: 本研究以'张杂谷’(Setaria italica 'Zhangzagu’)系列品种育成的5个青谷饲草品种为研究对象,通过近红外光谱法测定其营养成分、矿物质元素、氨基酸和不饱和脂肪酸等指标,采用灰色关联度分析法和隶属函数法分别对10个指标进行综合分析,旨在明确青谷品种在张家口地区的营养价值,为青谷饲草品种的科学评价提供技术支撑。结果显示,各营养价值指标的相关性排序为:酸性洗涤纤维>粗蛋白>赖氨酸>磷>蛋氨酸=钙>粗灰分>不饱和脂肪酸>相对饲喂价值>中性洗涤纤维。利用灰色关联度分析法和隶属函数法得出的最优的3个品种均为:'青谷1号’'青谷2号’和'青谷3号’。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to clarify the nutritional values of different Setaria italica varieties that bred by 'Zhangzagu’ in Zhangjiakou region and to provide technical support for the scientific evaluation. In this study,five Setaria italica Beauv. varieties were selected as research materials to measure their nutritional components,minerals,amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids by near infrared spectroscopy. The total 10 indicators were comprehensively analyzed by using grey correlation analysis and membership function method,respectively. Results showed that the order of each index and nutrition value was as follows:ADF>CP>Lys>P>Met=Ca>Ash>UFA>RFV>NDF. The three best varieties were 'Qing Gu 1’'Qing Gu 2’ and 'Qing Gu 3’ according to the ranks calculated from weighted correction values and membership function method.
